Spring pictures

I asked Lynn to take the camera with him, as he checked fences along Main Creek. It was such a lovely day. I had walked around the farm just before he did, but I did not have the camera. We also have a few acres across the creek, but one must go around to another road to get access to the land - or canoe it as Lynn and Nate did the other day.
Right where the creek runs through our farm, it gets deeper and there is a Musky hole.
This is where Main turns west and then again south before it joins with the Chippewa River in the Holcombe Flowage.
In the spring when the creek is really running full, you can hear it from the barn on a quiet morning or evening. When we first bought the farm, and things were pretty crazy - long hours and many things not working as they should, it was seeing and hearing the creek that gave Lynn such peace and hope that things would get better. He has always loved that creek.
