In October, Lynn and I were able to travel to Boston
in order to meet our newest grandson, Carter, and see the
rest of the family. It was a fun weekend!!! Great trip!
This is Carter - now nearly two months old!
One of the meals our son and his wife made, included
homemade noodles that Greg made. His Grandmother Farley
made homemade noodles often, so she is very proud.
On our trip, the kids took us to an apple orchard north
and west of Boston - northwest of Concord.
The fall colors were about the same as ours at the time.
The pumpkin patch was a hit along with other activities.
Grandpa got to read to Oliver at bed time. We really
enjoyed our time with the boys.
We picked a large bag of apples from a few varieties.
Most were not familiar to me. I guess every apple
growing area has their own special kinds.
Ofcourse holding Carter was so special.
